Odyana ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://odyana.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
Return Due To Change Of Mind
Odyana will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 28 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Odyana will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Products that qualify for returns
The product(s) delivered does not match the User’s order; or
The size of the product is different; or
The product(s) have already expired or are about to expire (in less than 2 months); or
The product(s) delivered were damaged.
User shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of the product are also to be kept intact and un-tampered by the User.
Products that do not qualify for a return
Products that have been altered or used
Products whose serial number or bar code has been tampered with
If the batch number of the product does not match as mentioned in the invoice
Products of home decor or any larger items (any item which is larger than 1 meter in any one dimension, or weighs more than 10 Kilograms).
Replacements
Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product and are at the sole discretion of the Company. If the product is not replaced, then it shall be refunded.
Note: We shall process the refund only once we have received the confirmation from the seller concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.
Refunds process
The request of the refund shall be validated by the customer support of the Company;
The refund shall only be processed only after confirmation is received from the seller concerned in respect to the condition/packaging of the product;
The refund shall be initiated within 10 business days from the date of reverse pickup;
In case of a failed attempt at delivery, the product(s) shall be returned to the seller and We shall cancel the order and refund the money as per our refund policy.
In case the order is canceled before the delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund shall be initiated within 7 working days.
Exchange
We do not offer an exchange. You can return the product as per the process detailed above and then place a new order.
4. Delivery Terms
Our delivery is available across India. Customers can check the delivery area via Pincode checker on the odyana website, Android app, and IOS app. If delivery is available to your Pincode, we will make delivery to the address provided by you at checkout.
There may be costs involved in-home delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, among other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery, and your delivery address, and charges may vary from week to week.
We always aim to deliver your goods within the delivery window, but we cannot accept liability if we deliver the goods outside of this window or don't deliver all or any of the goods in your order.
You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. If your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability and will offer compensation at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
If we are unable to deliver to you or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
Please inspect the Products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us promptly if you find any defects, by mailing us at support@odyana.com. We will replace or refund you for defective Products.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days.
Orders placed before 12 PM - GMT will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. The seller generally packs the product ordered within 2 business days. Logistics partners are notified once the seller has your product ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from the seller and dispatch it to the customer's location. The general timeline for delivery post pickup is 3-4 days.
Our operations are live across all business days (except Sundays and National Holidays) For any product-related issues during delivery, you can contact us at support@odyana.com and we shall revert to you within 24 hrs.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at support@odyana.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us at support@odyana.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us at support@odyana.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund (3).
