No, we do not have an offline store.
Odyana in Tibetian Buddhism is a ‘Royal garden’ where the wealth of well-being dwells. At Odyana, we are on a mission to build a cohesive, earth-friendly community that promotes conscious living by bringing curated products in various categories to help you make small changes in your lifestyle.
We are a young team of 10-plus like-minded individuals working towards building a cohesive, earth-friendly community that promotes conscious living. The team comprises support, operations, digital, finance, and marketing individuals and our strongest team is the highly motivated ethical brand partners from across India.
Sudha Subudhi is the Founder of Odyana, and she is accompanied by Ipshita Sahoo, the Co-founder. The pair make up a dynamic team working together towards building a unique platform which will facilitate you to make conscious choices and adapt to a holistic and healthy lifestyle.
Our Brand partners are from across India. We have consciously collaborated with partners who carry the same brand ethos as we do. Each of these Brands manufactures products with the earth and you in mind.
We evaluate our partners based on their mission, vision and quality of the products. We use their products amongst the team to validate their claims. In doing so, we affirm our Brand partners for the labels they claim.
Here’s what makes our products unique:
- The food products are manufactured in small batches to meet the shelf life requirements. Since these are chemical-free and preservative-free, the shelf life ranges between 1-3 months, and some require refrigeration upon opening.
- The home cleaners, pet products, repellents and disinfectants are plants, kids and pet friendly.
- The beauty and body care products are natural, vegan and cruelty-free. Most of these are manufactured in concentrate or powder form, keeping water conservation and sustainability in mind.
- The kid's food is formulated with Indian grains and millet in mind and is packaged sensibly without purging chemicals and additives.
- The cold-pressed oil, desi ghee and immunity boosters are manufactured using traditional methods.
- The ready-to-cook plant-based products are from some of the most conscious Brands that formulate healthy vegan products free of preservatives for the working, on-the-move urban lot like you.
From the inception of the Brand, we have remained focused on curating the best products manufactured using traditional methods, ayurvedic science and cultural significance in mind as we Indians reckon with this. The inherent traditions have dwelled in the homes of our Founders and being from the metro they have taken on them to give back goodness to the community. Our brand partners, too, are rooted in traditions, thus making it imperative for both of us to come together for the common cause.
The products are manufactured/processed with the best industrial practices using traditional methods combined with technology to meet food grades and quality to cater to modern homes and meet the busy working class’s healthy lifestyle requirements.
The price of these products is thus dependent on batch size, market demand, brand claims, quality and more. So, it won’t be wrong to say that our products are pricy, as we say everything good for you and the world around you comes with a price.

Shipping
Your products are shipped by our sellers immediately as the order is received.
The delivery lead time varies from 2 - 7 days, depending on the location. Sometimes due to unavoidable reasons, if delayed, we make sure we inform you.
Most of our food products, decors and certain beauty products are made to order, viz., manufactured upon receiving the order. This ensures that you receive fresh products with a good shelf life. The lentils, for example, are stone split upon order, jams and pickles prepared in small batches. Even our decor items are made to order. Hence, you should expect a delay in delivery.
Yes, we deliver across India. Our sellers ship the products through the best available delivery facilities across India.
Depending on the minimum purchase price specific to the seller shipping charge is added, which varies from ₹50 to ₹100. Usually, the average minimum purchase price is ₹500.
Upon purchase, you will be updated via SMS and email on each step of the delivery process. You can also track it on your dashboard (Panel).
No, we do not have COD, as most of our products are made to order and cannot be replaced/ exchanged.
Yes, you can return a product, but there should be a valid reason. Once the return is initiated, either we will replace the product or refund depending on the request.
Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product and are at the sole discretion of the Company. If the product is not replaced, then it shall be refunded.
Note: We shall process the refund only once we have received the confirmation from the seller concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.

The refund process is initiated immediately as we receive the request either on the return of products or the non-availability of the product.

We do not offer an exchange. Our products are made to order; hence, exchanging such products cannot be fulfilled. You can return the product and then place a new order.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Sellers
To onboard as a Seller, there is a section (Be a Seller) at the footer of Odyana’s pages (Click here: Be a Seller) where you can apply. Your details will be reviewed by our team, and if all criteria are fulfilled, our team will coordinate and initiate the onboarding process.
- Products should be organic /natural
- The Seller should have a proper website
- The seller should have been registered under the Indian government and have all documents pertaining to it.
There will be no charge for being onboard on our website. Only when a product is purchased from our website do we charge a commission, depending on the mutual agreement between both parties.
The commission will depend on the agreement between both parties before onboarding is done.
